We had compiled a list of actual and possible questions that one of our guests might ask regarding our wedding day.

 

We appreciate your time to read, comprehend and follow the requests, making sure that our day will go smoothly as possible, and everyone will have a great time.

Can I bring my kids? or a plus one?

As much as we want to invite everyone we know, we have a budget to stick to, and we have decided to limit our list to only our family and friends.

 

We also want everyone to enjoy the event by keeping our wedding as an ADULT-ONLY event.

 

We advise to keep your children under 12 years old at home. Please plan ahead of time to arrange guardians for your kids on the day of the wedding.

We'll have time to go out post wedding, for sure!

What is the dress code?

Strictly formal. Get inspired by Wes Anderson if you want to put a touch of vintage on your fit.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? What will the weather be like?

It's a civil wedding ceremony set in an outdoor garden. It will be at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. We will be giving out little somethin' somethin' upon your arrival to help you out a little so you can make it through the ceremony and cocktail hour, until the reception that will be held inside an airconditioned clear tent, for the dinner and afterparty.

Please do hope for bright clear skies and a  cool weather for the entirety of the event.

I'm allergic to _____.

Do I have options?

Please let us know way ahead of time to give a heads up to our caterer, along with other necessary considerations, like Halal option.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phone & cameras during the wedding?

Go ahead, just make sure to go out of the way of the event's official photographers & videographers for the day.

​

Post your videos and/or stories on Instagram and Facebook and tag us using the hashtags #NakauwiNa2024 and #MNLeaps2024

​

We will also be putting out film cameras on each table during reception as well! Grab it and take photos of everything during the program and afterparty!

 

Please return it to the wedding coordinator team after the event. We will upload the developed photos on here and on Instagram and Facebook.

Where should I park?

The venue, Palacio de Memoria, has a capacity of sixty (60) parking spaces.

​

In case of unavailability of parking space on the day, please coordinate with the venue team.

I marked 'YES' in the RSVP, but apparently, I cannot attend.

You will be missed!

 

Please inform us as soon as you can, so we can give your seat to another person who can make it on the day. The plate is being paid for.

I marked 'NO' in the RSVP, but now I decided to attend.

Albeit we'll be a little annoyed because of the inconvenience (hmp), we will try to make a way to include you in the final list.

A list of names will be handed to the venue's security team. They will allow entry only for the names on that list, on that day.

​

We cannot make changes two (2) weeks before 29 February 2024. Please inform us ahead of time.

Whom should I call regarding my questions?

For friends and family, please contact the bridesmaids and groomsmen that you know. You can also send either of us a direct message, for urgent concerns.

​

Please understand that we'll be a bit wee busy as the day approaches, and especially on the day itself.

​

For venue and supplier coordination matters, please contact our wedding coordinator, Mr. Jhune Salud's team.

Do I really need to RSVP?

This small act will help us big time.

​

This will help us in assigning tables to people who will confirm and finalizing the program. This basis being in one database will help a lot in coordination.

​

Further, a list of names will be handed to the venue's security team. They will allow entry only for the names on that list. If your name is not on the list, you will not be allowed entry to the venue.

​

We would also like to encourage the younger relatives to help out the non-techy lolos, lolas, titos, titas, to fill out the RSVP form for each name to confirm YES or NO.
